Odd, we haven't had any of those problems. I wonder why it would be such a polar opposite for your league vs. mine? We get the guys that blow their whole roll in the first week and we get guys that end up not spending all their allotment but we are all adults and there is really no way to cheat...

Your post kind of threw me. How is his not coming to work different than my not coming to work? We do different things and he makes a load more money but we are both expected to show up to get paid. Not to mention that he can easily afford to miss a check while the average guy... not so much...

Not sure about everyone else (different policies throughout the workforce) but...I don't get paid if i don't come to work, regardless of the reason. I have attented three out of town funerals in the last six or seven years and haven't been paid for a single missed day. Sure it sucked not getting...

We do blind bid waivers. We started a couple years ago and have never looked back. Very fair overall and alot of strategy involved as well.
