I’d probably do it. I think reducing shares in the Bengals offense is good, and you can definitely afford to lose Egbuka. I think in the short term it probably makes your team better, and if Chase gets Burrow back for the playoff stretch you’d be in great shape
Is this dynasty or redraft? How many RB, WR, and FLEX do you start?
Can you get anyone other than Allgeier? I get the insurance policy and everything, but Bijan has been shown to be pretty durable, so I don't really even weigh him much as part of the package.
Thanks for the inputs, appreciate the different perspectives!
To address some of the comments:
Unfortunately I think Kupp would be the only WR he'd part with. His others are JJ, Pearsall, and Evans, so he's thin there. I would prefer doing that deal without the Ridley+Kupp add-ons...
In a 12 team half-PPR redraft league. 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, DST, K.
Was already thin at RB before losing Conner last week 🙃. Trying to Bolster my RB room. Roster:
QB: Allen
RB: CMC, Harvey, Marks, Monangai, Demercado
WR: Nico, Egbuka, Golden, Ridley, Ayomanor
TE: Kincaid, Henry...
