I'm not going to read through this whole thread, but I surely hope there aren't people in here defending this guy. The Missouri primary was essentially a 3 way tie so to say this is who the people want isn't exactly true. Akin pulled out a squeaker in the primary. His advantge over the very...

Scott, thanks for your input and sheding some light on some things. I have a question though: If the Jews are still waiting on the Messiah, how is that not idlolatry? Would the Messiah not be a mediator? I'm not trying to stir up stuff, I am just curious. TIA

    Stuart Scott on religion....

CE, I have a couple questions on your two posts below. First and foremost let me just say that I do not condone following faith healers around trying to get healed by them. The first question I have on the post below is how do you mean this is used improperly...

    Stuart Scott on religion....

yes and no. Some people take it only for the spiritual significance such as redemption from sin. This is why you hear me talk about our covenant promises from God. In the old covenant sacrifices were also made for for those with leprosy or whatever healing they needed. This is very, very, very...

    Stuart Scott on religion....

Yes. Sometimes they recieve healing right away, sometimes not. But I am not the one doing any healing. It is their faith that heals them. When Jesus healed people, he said "your faith has made you whole." The one recieivng is the key component.
