I can't think of many things more grand that listening to Cecil, Sigmund and Mark previewing and reviewing the upcoming NFL week on the Audible. Thanks guys for providing intelligent, fun talk about one of my favorite things... FFB.
The article by David Dodds in the FBG Magazine on "The Perfect Draft" is one of the best FFB articles I have read in a long time. I'm tempted to call it, "The Perfect Article." It was simple and clear about its recommendations. It was customized to this year's landscape, not one of these "Here...
There is no The Audible - Week 13 Review thread so I will throw this in here...
Great podcast guys! I can't recall a podcast that worked to efficiently... Lammey feeding the ball to LL Cool Bloom who makes one cut and then hits the gap. Cecil, you did a great job setting up the questions while...
Marino could have tossed 50 TD's - that's wrongHis stats did not come from within the normal parameters of competitive play - nonsenseAsterisk - ridiculous. Those freakin' old Dolphins have no life other than get a little air time by mocking other teams who begin to approach un-defeated-ness...

Favre does seem cut of a different cloth... which I guess was one of the thoughts I had in creating this post. Two great points to bring up where Favre is concerned... durable and crazy. Maybe that should get on his plaque in Canton.
This is no doubt a key observation. How could Favre be having the kind of year he is having unless he knows where all his folks are. He must have some kind of a super football processor in his head.
I was looking at some footage the other day of Brett Favre and studying his face. He does not seem like the deepest thinker in the world. As we have all seen he has the "little boy" enthusiasm, we have also heard his home spun Mississippi 'good ol boy' delivery and we have the vague sense that...
