Possibly allow trades before we start but not during? Past experiences in these types of drafts with trades I've seen pace come to a crawl because of people begging for trades etc

True. It does give you the most flexibility since you're not tied to an elite player at the top and feel the need to surround them with talent and not reaching for talent in rounds when stuck at bottom Guess I was going more on having to hope talent you want falls

I was just making a statement not saying it the wrong solution.. Just never gives the middle the chance at top talent in either draft but it also puts them in a decent spot for both.
