Doing “Juicy Lucys” tonight — burgers stuffed with big hunks of good sharp cheddar. Really hoping that they don’t explode or even leak on the grill and get melted / burnt cheese everywhere.

Gonna clear out some stragglers today: Two Hearted, Tropic Hero, Crystal Hero, and Velvet Cashmere before dipping into the Born Yesterday and Glorious.

Doing some chicken thighs today that I marinated overnight in lemon juice / zest, scallions, garlic, thyme, and a little olive oil, along with a potato / onion / pepper packet and grilled asparagus with sesame seeds.

Nothing hugely exciting tonight, big package of pork chops from Costco that I bribed / marinated in salt, pepper, and rosemary-garlic paste. Love cooking double on Sunday to take care of a weeknight dinner at the same time.

Scored a couple of small batch one offs from Bare Hands in a local trade: Turbulent Times, standard DDH NE IPA — excellent, ton of Citra and Mosaic. And Strawberry Milkshake, a NE DIPA w/ fresh strawberries, vanilla bean, and lactose — WOW!!! Best strawberry beer I’ve had, ever, and very easily...
