    Conditional Lineups: Why so unpopular?

    For what it's worth, Australian (AFL) fantasy football has pretty much this feature built in as standard. You move bench players into "emergency" spots (1 for each position) and if any of your starters fail to take the field then you get the score from the relavent emergency player instead...
