Yea, Was shocked as well as to how many fatalities. I have passed this funicular many times . It is very steep and has a bend in the road. Sounds like it snapped off the line and just went speeding down the steep hill til it hit that bend in the road.

See ya there! I was gonna go cheap and get a decent seat up top for like $55 but read up on the tour setup and the consensus is best view to take a lot in would be 101-102 sections So i jumped in at $132 Saw them a few years ago at a small venue (The Met) in Philly and waaay back in 02? in NYC...
