That is sort of a misnomer. The Texans ranked 23rd last year in plays from scrimmage(defense).Rank by year:
2006: 23rd (986 plays) Greenwood: 83/26 (Played WLB), Ryans 125/30
2005: 12th (1012 plays) Greenwood: 82/30(Played ILB)
2004: 25th (971 plays) Sharper: 103/36, Foreman: 57/22(11games)...
i keep coming here hoping that a few of the more educated IDPers would have chimed in on this mock...was the team that went LB/LB in rounds 3/4 smart or stupid...was the guy that waited til round 8 to take his 1st defensive player smart or stupid?...or is there a strategy somewhere in between...

not sure how i would rank these teams yet but there are a few that stand out on the good side and a few that stand out on the bad side...how would you rank these teams??
