He’s an amateur. I offer to pay for the gift card when picking up women at Target checkout lines. Sometimes I’ll say “pick one out for yourself as well”, if she’s really attractive.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year.

It’s amazing to watch them build the stages and set everything up the week before the Festival - it’s like building a city inside a city. Some residents hate it, because it blocks access to parts of the beach but I love everything about it. They get great acts as well.

Is Kelce the 1.01 pick in redrafts next year?

I replied before reading this - but you went even further to show why, even if that carried over that’s not the way you should be looking at that stat. Most people would take 1 TD in 6 of 10 games, and Kelce not only did that but in 2 of them he scored 3 TDs and 4 TDs and won you those weeks.

Is Kelce the 1.01 pick in redrafts next year?

I do not believe this is really relevant for next season since TDs are volatile, but even assuming so, those big games are also part of the appeal. He wins you weeks and doesn’t hurt you on his “down” weeks.

Should we just shut it regarding this trade?

Actually I’ll put you on ignore where trolls belong.

Should we just shut it regarding this trade?

Actually in this very thread some one made a great point about the bye weeks and I did admit to changing my mind a bit on the legitimacy of the trade - although it I still think most in here were over-emotional based on name recognition and not necessarily statistics. I do love how after a...

Oh, and when I saw The Wallflowers at the Stone Pony (inside), we got one of those Jersey Shore moments, where while it wasn’t Bruce, Jon Bon Jovi did come out for the encore to sing “I Fought the Law” with Jakob Dylan. By the way both Jakob Dylan and JBJ are tiny men. The top of their heads...

Yes there’s a ton of local musicians still plugging along whose biggest draw is “Bruce may show up”. When Nicole Atkins played the Wonder Bar she even wore a shirt that read “I heard Bruce may show up”. Southside Johnny is a level up from that though as he had a few big hits and has a following...

It’s “Jukes” not “Dukes”. It was originally my typo on my list to Krista but I did send a note to correct. After my divorce 2.5 years ago, I moved to Asbury Park, NJ - and there’s no place I would rather live. I’ve suffered a further tragedy since the divorce and Asbury is the only thing that’s...

I must be the only person that’s not a fan of Christmas music. I like it on Christmas Day and/or while decorating the tree - otherwise I always feel like I’m “wasting” time where I could be listening to better music. Also, while I’m not very religious at all, I only really like the religious...

But that was kind of the point as it applied within the family dynamic. That’s how young people think now and it was balanced out by the parents (mostly the mom).

2022 New York Jets: Jets offense moving the ball 2.7 inches at a time - should be back in NJ by Thursday.

It really does makes sense to have Flacco as the backup if you're going with White, in case White starts turning the ball over to the Bears. It does however send the message that "Zach is done" though.

Knowing Saleh, I think that may have been the biggest reason (of course the terrible play heavily factored in as well). You can't have a QB that isn't a leader and who doesn't take responsibility.
