Simple, RBs are cheap now (pick wise and salary wise) and injury prone. Stock up and have 2-3 good options. Sucks for fantasy but smart for current football economics.

Yep, consensus is I gave up a bit too much in the deal. But I am high on Garcon and Woods. And I don't really need a WR, so I figure at 1.3 either Evans falls to me and I take BPA or take the best RB available.
