What do you think Harvin would do if the Vikes started fining him heavily for missed training camp, games etc...? I know teams will sometimes forgive the fines, or negotiate a lesser amount upon return but I wonder if Harvin would be that stupid to push the issue.
Harvin has no leverage in this situation at all. If I'm reading this right Vikings have him under contract for this year and can tag him the next 2 years after that. He wouldn't come close to 10 mil until the 2nd tag, which is when he would gain his leverage.
