Deue but Saints have been running with 2 backs since Bush's rookie year. If anyone steps in to fill Bush's role, it would be Stecker. He's done it before but...I'm not sold.
We saw an upward trend in stats through the first three games for Addai. Scoring a touchdown in week 2 followed by moderate yardage and 2 TDs in week 3. Great, so he's getting goal line looks.
I imagine the bye and practice with Peyton to be a great thing for Addai going forward. Or will this...
Helmet to helmet hit on a floater in the end zone. Pointless play. Boldin didn't get up and was convulsing a bit as Fitzgerald and the other players ran over to him.
No movement as he was carted to the ambulance. Didn't look good but hopefully he just got knocked out. Wishing him speedy...
I really don't get all this "Moss is going to hang it up" talk. The kid threw him a jump ball that only he could in the endzone last week and barely overthrew him on another 20+ yard completion.
Moss is a huge part of the offense and an easy target for developing QB. Maybe he gets a couple...
Agreed. And next 3 weeks are at OAK, ATL, and DEN. I'd say he's a good buy low candidate but with a more productive Huard in there he should be set for the next 3 weeks.
Cassell had a nice throw to him in the end zone. Pats are going to have to pass to stay competitive this year. TO might have some better numbers by year's end, but I would still rather have Moss over Edward, Fitzgerald, or AJ after today's games.
Kitna ragin on the sidelines. Yelling at/with? the RB coach. Rudi was in there in the red zone, Kitna blew up after one Rudi play, and Smith came back in to finish the drive off with a TD.
Somehow my thread with more info got erased already - Brady tackled at the knee at the end of a play. Left leg bent awkwardly as he went down.
Walked off the field on his own power. In the lockerroom. Walked down the lockerroom steps under his own power.
Sacked after he completed to Moss. Left leg bent down awkwardly, walked off the field under his own power after being down for a minute.
Didn't look terrible.
