I'm leaning the way of the 4 div route and I would choose for the playoffs Each div winner + the highest top 4 teams regardless of the division to make the playoffs for a total of 8 playoff teams.

Currently we use 2 (6) team divisions with us playing 3 DH's so that everybody plays each other at least once. I used a custom schedule via MFL and picked weeks 3, 11, & 12 so that we avoided "bye" weeks. Pretty popular decision this past summer, but somehow a huge uproar after week 11...

I can't believe you are saying Addai hasn't done ANYTHING. Granted, he was in a RBBC last year, however he did pretty well in the playoffs for them. Also, to think that FBG is the ONLY service hyping him is wrong, both guru and football inj hype him. Addai is in a ABSOLUTELY perfect system...
