As we (SportsHub) are operating the FootballGuys Home Leagues, it is technically a "contest league" by the letter of the law. In order to run these leagues we need to geolocate users upon payment and be licensed in the various states. We aren't charging the leagues any additional compliance fees...

All FBG Home Leagues were just paid out. Funds for winners are in the account balances on site and can be withdrawn by clicking the balance or going directly to wallet.fanball.com
