Basically just a second instance for users to take advantage of any injury/team news. FCFS still beginning before any games in the week so free waivers for that, but one more time to even the playing field of pickup timing

The only difference from last year is the second waiver period on Thursday at 3 AM ET (y)

Dropped players have a 24 hour wait to be picked up regardless of when they are dropped

There is a second waiver run on Thursdays at 3 AM ET and then it's FCFS for the remainder of the week. You can see this in your league settings So 2 waiver runs and then first come first served(y)
