I definitely wouldn't just immediately assume that it wasn't. It's happened to me recently too. The USPS sucks, they lose letters all the time, in fact a local news station just did a report on this exact thing. Amazing, they sent a letter across town and it didn't get there until a month later...

I believe, if it's not yours, you can go to a hosting site like GoDaddy, click thru to buy a website and put that website name in, obviously it say it's taken , but I also believe it says when it expires. Or you can dig around and try to find it. I got my website that way, the guy didn't renew...

I can't put my finger on it, but this is either Emm, or Rok. So funny every time they use another alias, it's so easy to spot them.
