Well seeing as how the Panthers owner shelled out big bucks to two LB's already on his team this offseason - 1 who was hurt at the time (achilles problem with "minor" offseason surgery - & I know Beason was a stud, but still) & another one Davis who had already torn the same ACL TWICE...

Donald Brown isn't McFadden who had shown what he could do at times but just could NEVER stay on the field his first two years (& had a very sturdy, reliable sidekick in Michael Bush). This is "Damn it Donald". A First Rd RB who was benched for DOMINIC RHODES,Javaris James & Mike Hart...

Blind bidding is a much better/fairer option if available (like it is in MFL Leagues).... You shouldn't be "penalized" for winning in Week 1 or reward poor drafting IMO. Everyone gets the same shot at the same players & there is still a lot of strategy involved in deciding how much to bid...

The Pac-12 just overruled the officials and COUNTED the blocked FG final play TD....The OFFICIAL final score is 23-14.That should have been interesting for Vegas....

Colts cuts are done and they KEPT: Brown/Carter/Evans/Spahn @ Tailback (w/Addai) & Gonzo & Blair White @ WR (they activated White OFF of offseason PUP - so he won't be going on reg. season PUP list)....

Cowboys cut Lonyae Miller & Keep Jones/Murray/Choice/Tanner @ RB - No Fullback though, so they could still be trying to trade Choice (per Cowboys SBNation Site). Wr Jesse Holley made the team (from the reality show). Keeping 2 K's Bailey (Points) & Buehller (Kickoffs)

WR's Roosevelt & Craig Buster Davis cut by Bills....Easley/Nelson/Jones/Parrish make team.

Cotch & Battle are WR's 5 & 6 for Pitt...Hurd & Rookie Dane Sanz. #'s 5 & 6 for Bears. All 4 made those teams.

Per Houston Texans SB Nation site - Final cuts all made In addition to Dickerson @ WR from earlier, Tolliver & Holliday got cut (they kept just signed Bryant Johnson as WR4) RB Chris Ogbonnaya also got cut Slaton made the final 53....Tolliver was actually placed on IR (Concussion)

Gotta think GMen with all those injuries (& some div. rival intel.) & I think the Panthers were said to be interested if he got cut....

RB Larry Johnson, Mia (Sorry MOP) QB John Parker Wilson, Atl (Just keeping Redman)

CB Joselio Hanson, Philly....Some teams can use him - No room with that trio & his salary in Philly though.

Harder to keep guys based on return success with the new Kickoff rules though....
