I can see Reggie and Wells being high ceiling guys, but I'm not sure how Michael Bush is anything more than a value pick. What's his upside? Is it even top ten?

I believe what the OP was trying to do was come up with a list of players who could easily finish as the top guy at their position and blow away the competition. LT '06 or Moss '07. That should be a list of very few names...
