As bad as KC is, I think I have to agree with the peanut gallery. LJ is just going to touch the ball too much. Not to mention, Bowe and Gonzalez will command at least a little attention even though Croyle will have trouble getting them the ball. And Chan Gailey doesn't hurt things. However...
LJ is the greater talent, but he is set up for failure with a bad offensive line and worse QB.
Maroney is a solid RB, but his value seems to boost based on the system and surrounding talent.
Who do you think will have a better year?
Anyone have the inside track on MJD? I know everyone is saying it's nothing serious but that doesn't mean it's true with the way teams speak of injuries these days ...
Sucks to lose Kendall because he is solid and you can never have too much depth on the O line, but to get a 4th rounder is a bit of a steal so as a Jets fan I am pretty happy with it. Plus, I trust the staff to know that Bender or Clarke will step in and doo a good job.
I second the motion to...
The Redskins have reportedly acquired G Pete Kendall from the Jets in exchange for a fourth-round pick.Washington may be giving up too much for the 34-year-old, but the Redskins can undoubtedly use him. Their experiment with Todd Wade and Mike Pucillo at left guard has not been successful...
12 team 'pseudo' dynasty league. Each team can protect 3 players for 4 years - year 1 they are drafted counts as the first year.
I won the league last year so I have the last pick in each round - draft is not snaked.
I had traded my first round pick (1.12) for Cedric Benson and a 10th round...
I guess we can agree to disagree on Benson as I believe the opposite as long as he can stay healthy. I know that is a big request, but sometimes guys just start off on the wrong foot and it takes a little while to get things on track. As for Benson, there is no doubt that this is his BOOM or...
Thanks for the tips on how to get some better feedback.
As for the players, IMO, Benson is an RB1 with an RB2/3 reputation. He has the perfect setup in Chicago as a run first, grind the clock out kind of team and even though Rex is OK, they are not a pass first team. I think he is a major...
A lot of hype re: the potential of Cedric. Can he follow through?
AJ has the skills and with Schaub the promise is high, but the O line still stinks. Will he improve vaulting him into the truly elite, or will the O line ruin it all again?
Thoughts from the peanut gallery?
Under normal circumstances I would pretty much agree with most of what has been said about Moss not getting it done, but I have learned not to overthink. It's Randy Moss. He is a MONSTER. If he has a uniform on, then you need him your lineup. Do you really think if he is in there and it's a...
