You say it was provoked by Dak, but why was Carter even close to the Dallas huddle ? Referees had placed the ball down, so Carter should have been on the other side of the ball and not half way between the ball and the Dallas huddle. Carter was only there because he was taunting the Dallas...
My question on this is why was Carter half way between the ball placement and the Dallas huddle ? Shouldn't he have been on the other side of the ball instead of taunting the rookie lineman of the cowboys ?
