The problem is that we literally have people from all over the world doing these and not enough volume to try and line people in similar time zones up. Maybe something we'll look at down the line if popularity continues to grow but for now we suggest having some prepicks on standby in case...

Total assumption on my part, but I'm guessing the fact that it was Memorial Day weekend didn't help things as far as the A-Team being on duty.

That would be correct. We were told the lights were on and servers were running. As a result, we believed the issues to be on their end given that it was a power outage that started the entire process.
