just being a smartass which I tend to do from time to time. Its funny, to me at least, because you picked up on one of my "told you so players." I actually drafted him in two leagues to the tune of "you sure?" and "what are you thinking?"
If you get points for kr/pr yardage, McQuarters is the obvious choice here. Dre Bly is hurt and may be done for the season putting McQuarters into the starting lineup. The yardage points are a bonus.
I saw this tidbit that Williams was out for the season.

If you need a replacement, Ohalete will be decent enough IMO.
Polk should start for Wong and given their defensive scheme he should be OK the rest of the year. I was hoping they would move Peek to the inside.Given, however, how poor the Texans are playing, anything is possible. I dont think anyone's job is safe in Houston.
Athletic ability aside, Scott Fujita is Bill Parcells type of player. He is smart, tough, and has a good attitude. I honestly think he will break into the starting lineup at some point this season in place of Al Singleton. One other possibility is that James moves to the outside and Fujita...
I honestly think that Calmus will be the starting MLB in Indy before the season is over. He is a talent when he is healthy and I guess that is a big if but I think he is the type of playmaker that the Colts need at LB.
Personally, I would go with Hall. He is the more complete DE. Mathis is just a pass rusher.Mathis might put up the double digit sacks but only Hall has the realistic shot to put up 50+ tackles.
The Eagles have always used a rotation on the d-line. Patterson will get his. The Eagles drafted Patterson to replace Simon in 2006 and the Eagles have not been disappointed with his ability.35 tackles 5 sacks seems reasonable. Patterson really only has value as a DL4/5 in a 16 team league...
Anybody is better the Rob Morris IMO. While I dont think Pierce is the prototypical LB in the Dungy 2, he would certainly be a good addition to the team.
I rank the 5 you have listed:Brooking - is still the main playmaker on that defense--Davis (underrated) - this guy is a stud and will be in the Romeo's 3-4Pierce (not overrated) - I like this guy alot and the NYG MLB has always been fantasy gold.---Briggs - Too many playmakers on that...
