Think there’s a good chance Samuel gets cut when Gabe gets healthy and Gabe Davis ends up taking the 2nd most receiver snaps unless they trade for a legit WR. Shavers is now getting more snaps than Coleman. Absolute disastrous pick in Coleman. He just isn’t an NFL receiver.
Hoecht’s injury is so devastating. Wait the 6 weeks of his suspension, he plays tremendously and is hugely disruptive for a game and a half and now not only is his season over, but with it being an Achilles he’s essentially a wash for next year too.
Gotta give him a ton of respect for waving...
Well, Super Bowl hopes toast. They could not afford to lose such an important D-line piece when they’re already so thin there. He was so disruptive in the game and a half he actually played.
Agreed. They have basically zero cap room though. There definitely has been quite a bit of talk mostly of Shaheed. They need someone that can stretch the field.
It’s obviously not happening, but frustrating to watch BTJ not be used at all when he would be a great fit in Buffalo.
Buffalo getting their TEs heavily involved in the passing game down the field is opening things up a bit. They desperately need that matchup advantage going forward.
What a waste of a timeout. The Bills really can’t seem to get out of their own way. Great punt but then give them 15 yards on a face mask. Timeout for zero reason right before a FG try. Poor play calling and Josh Allen seeming to have zero awareness of when to take off and run or hang in there...
4th and 2 and Cook not on thr field is crazy. IMO, Josh should have ran that. Better chance than trying that throw. I’m not sure what the playcall was, but man there seemed to be no option at all early in that play.
This makes me sad. Mangold was not only a great player, he seemed like a good dude. I had read that he had posted looking for a kidney donor, but had no idea it was that dire to pass away so shortly after.
The Bills feel like kings of wins that also kinda suck. Losing Ed Oliver for what looks like an extended time (possibly the year) is brutal. They were already thin at DT. This loss is massive.
On positives, yes it was against Andy Dalton, but Hairston got a good bit of time and seemed to play...
