The Footballguys Bowl! - Was "Interest In A Footballguys Subscriber League?"

It was a tough year for your injuries and you came close. It was a tough league and teams played hard.

***Monday Night Football - Washington at Cincinnati*** (-7.5, 47) 8:15

Bengals missing top 2 DT's and former first round pick DE Myles Murphy. The next two up are rookies that have been out injured and one just played his first game with his hand in a club cast. We started 3rd rounders. And the run defense is bad when they starters are playing.

    WR Jermaine Burton, CIN

Agree on this, he is clearly below the vets but every pre-season game he goes in and tears it up. He admits he needs to know the playbook better. They are making him earn it. He Is a great long term play in dynasty.

    WR Christian Kirk, HOU

He was #9 in scoring in my league in 2022. Thomas and Davis will just open it up for him underneath and he'll catch a ton of balls again and will get his share of TD's. I think he'll end up a top 24 WR.

    WR Tee Higgins, CIN

Bengals will let him play out the tag and get the compensatory pic when leaves most likely. With that said, the compensatory formula changed apparently and teams are not getting what they used to. Also, if free agency goes well Bengals can draft a WR and then trade Tee then. They have Chase...

    Who to draft?

I think you have to take Caleb at one and then you can take a WR or another QB at 5. Given what Odunze did a the combine you can't miss here. But if you take Harrison at 1 the other QB's might go in the next 3 picks. Unless you are okay with JJ McCarthy at 5. Or just double dip with Harrison...

    Hammer trade

I'm out. At 1-07 you can get a top player, maybe Odunze and keep Nico and Evans. At worse it's Bowers who is going to be a Virtual WR and you might get TE premium points. Use those to trade for RB and you will be able to draft one in the 2nd anyway. Tons of RB's this year.

Defund the police? UPDATE: It’s a terrible idea which doesn’t work.

There is no end to the irony of people that absorb all their news from conservative sites, be it radio or Fox news, that is skilled at using propaganda and lies to keep them trapped in a vicious cycle of self-affirming idiocy complaining about the fact checking techniques and bias of "main...

Kamala Harris' border crisis. Biden put her in charge.

We have always had undocumented immigrants (migrant labor) moving back and forth across the border. It wasn’t a problem till we made it illegal (in the 80’s) and harder to cross. Dems have been trying to fix the work visa system for years but republicans oppose it and use the border to...

Kamala Harris' border crisis. Biden put her in charge.

Actually most do end up thereand these cities gladly take them because they provide needed labor, are low maintenance and cost less overall than the poor white lazy people who really soak up benefits. The reality is thousands of smaller rural towns are dying as young people flee to “sanctuary“...

    Roe v. Wade Overturned

I respect your opinion and will attempt on further clarify mine. First I don’t believe in intrinsic value or that an object has value outside of the relevant desires towards the object or state of affairs. No desires, no value. So I believe in the real world morality centers around...

    Roe v. Wade Overturned

I disagree. Everything I posted is objectively true. Others might not take the time to understand it, but it is objectively the truth factually. And the same goes morally. I am fully open to any challenges over it.

36% of white, college educated, democrat women think men get pregnant.

I literally linked the science you couldn’t bother to read. But hey, I fully understand that you couldn’t possibly understand it. I get that authoritarian followers literally block out facts and reason that don’t comport with their identity. This is the same group that denied planes could fly.

    Roe v. Wade Overturned

I am always amazed that conservatives are using this issue to champion the legal theory that people don't have a right to their own body and that the government should be in charge of your family's reproductive choices. It's so far removed from everything else they claim to champion about...
