Dallas defense is great, but it's not matchup proof (look at their game vs. Seattle). I would personally go for the higher floor in Indy instead of facing Josh Allen in Buffalo.
I'm on bye and aligning my roster for Weeks 16-17. The one slot I'm waffling on is my final running back. I currently own Keaton Mitchell, but am debating if I should add Tyjae Spears instead.
My current RB (half-PPR, start 2 RB + flex): Bijan Robinson, Derrick Henry, Zach Moss, Jonathan...
UPDATE: My team was projected to score 119 points. As we near the end of the early afternoon games, my team is expected to score 90. :frown:. It never ends.
(Diontae and Nico each scored today...but I traded them for Davante Adams a couple of days ago. The pain.)
Five trades in 20 years?! That’s insane. I love wheeling and dealing if I feel it will help me win. The three trades I posted are the only deals our league has seen this season.
This is more of a rant than a question, but I wanted to share this. I made three trades this season:
1. Mostert and Kyren Williams for Derrick Henry. Mostert goes off for 44 points against the Broncos a few days later.
Silver lining I tell myself: Henry is probably the best bet of the three...
What does your roster look like? A healthy Monty is consistent in that he gets the goal line touches and gets plenty of carries. Puka is a Cooper Kupp clone who is going to have some huge weeks and some not so huge weeks. If you have WR depth get Monty.
What does the rest of your team look like? If Cook is one of your regular starting running backs, pull the trigger. If Cook is a bench/flex player, it really depends on what the biggest needs on your roster are (my hesitation is that Pickens and Collins are both talented but inconsistent).
This week, I traded away Diontae Johnson and Nico Collins for Davante Adams, betting on him to bounce back after an awful MNF performance. And it didn't cost me a ton, as Johnson and Collins weren't regularly starting for me (EDIT: Of course Johnson goes off the day after I trade him away. A...
I tend to agree. I feel my team on paper is pretty strong, but there is always room for improvement. I can use a matchup-proof #1 WR, however no one is willing to trade theirs. One team - performing well - is loaded at WR but their RB2 is Mattison. I would be willing to trade one of my main...
This is combination of venting and asking what I could be doing better. My team will be either 6-2 or 5-3 after this week (Herbert needs to outscore Cole Kmet by 11), but my players are really struggling to score lately despite lofty projections. My 10-team, half-PPR squad:
QB: Herbert
RB...
You actually bring up an interesting point. I'm surprised how many teams in my 10-teamer carry two defenses and/or two kickers. I think it's crazy (particularly with kickers and two defenses where neither is elite), but they swear by it. As for your question, both strangely ended up being...
10-team, half-PPR league. Diontae Johnson is coming off IR, meaning I need to cut either Joshua Palmer or Rashee Rice. Who would you keep/let go?
My initial thinking: My other WR are Olave, Waddle, Puka, and Nico (yes I am WR2 heavy). Rice could be the better stash as a home run candidate...
