Value check on Nix these days? I've been hunting shares of Odunze lately and was offered this recently in a 1QB league: Give Nix + Addision Get Caleb + Odunze Neither Nix nor Caleb would be my QB1 as I have Mahomes and Darnold, but I'm hesitating on the Nix valuation.

Crock pot / Slow cooker recipes

Haven't read the entire thread, but I'll assume instapot recipes are ok. Here's one in our regular rotation. Often it's a side for meal prep lunches, but with an extra small chunk of ham or two it can be a meal on it's own. Black eyed peas and collard greens - instapot in a pinch, canned...

Keeping kids motivated to practice soccer off the field

This might be an unpopular opinion, but kids under middle school age should probably be cross training in other seasonal sports. I know playing soccer in the offseason has helped my basketball kiddo who's 9 with learning to space the field/court. He's starting flag football this week and...

Hold your nose and pick 3. In huge roster leagues, I'd keep Tremble, Burton and Helm. The other 5 are droppable.

    QB Caleb Williams, CHI

Because George McCaskey meddles in the GM's job way too often. Management "supported" Eberflus because they wanted some semblance of stability during the rebuild. Behind the scenes, I'm not sure Poles had much of a choice.

The iol were keystone cops out there for the most part in 2024. Some of the stuff they did was downright comical. No excuses this year with the upgrades to the line and Ben Johnson at the helm, though. Caleb must show strong progress.

    HC Bill Belichick,

Piing on here, but this is a good read: UNCheaters

    HC Bill Belichick,

At one point 70% of the sportsbook bets were on UNC. I'm not sure I'd use the line as much of a metric for how successful they were supposed to be last night. Also, the celebs were there to celebrate a new regime, not necessarily in support of BB.

Situational. If I needed RB help and had an abundance in my WR room, yeah, I'd probably pull the trigger on this.

    RB Najee Harris, LAC

There are miles difference between a superficial burn near the eye and an owie. Secondary to the initial burn are the possibility of secondary infection, exposure keratopathy, and orbital compartment syndrome. I'd be worried about secondary infection in practice and on the field with sweat...

    RB Najee Harris, LAC

A superficial injury could be as simple as a burn to the eyelid or surrounding area. That could have zero (or minimal) impact on vision.

    HC Bill Belichick,

UNC will need to pony up in NIL above and beyond the Alabamas and OSUs of the world to snag top defensive players. Even with BB there, UNC isn't a destination for NFL-bound talent.

    HC Bill Belichick,

As a State fan, this makes me so happy! $4m for 105ypg. Gotta love that ROI.

    QB Caleb Williams, CHI

I agree with your argument 100%, but Waldron was the OC, not Getsy. Both sucked donkey b*lls while in Chicago. Waldron got fired because he wasn't in any shape or form preparing his ROOKIE QB for the NFL. Caleb had to take the initiative to watch film BY HIMSELF during the season, for crying...

MHJ + Kyren side, IMO. I'm high on MHJ this year and this seems like a buy low for him. Plus Kyren is a stud and will outscore judkins in the short and medium term.
