Need an RB2 in .5 pt PPR ... Buck Allen, Wayne Gallman, Mike Davis, Elijhaa Penny.  I'm leaning Gallman, but there's an argument for all four.  You made good points on Allen, but I think Collins is still the horse there.  Those 2 TDs Buck got seem fluke-ish.
