Don't know if you've gone yet or not, but I would switch Whispering Canyon to dinner and Kona for breakfast. Kona is one of my favorite breakfast places for the Tonga toast alone, and WCC has family style all-you-can-eat barbecue and bottomless milkshakes for dinner.
