I thought I'd try it in my main league way back in 2006. It was a QBBC of three that was suggested by an article on FBG. My leaguemates mocked me for it. Turns out they weren't wrong. A few weeks into the season I ditched it (it wasn't working), traded for Carson Palmer, and won the 'ship...
12 team, 0.5 PPR. We keep 8 players (out of 16 man rosters), so our draft is a mix of rookies and discarded vets, but rookies usually dominate the first round. I've omitted the vet picks just to give an idea where the rookies went in order. Some teams went vet heavy so you won't see them much...
Dunno, I'm in a very similar setup (Keep 8 ) and I was able to get him with 2.11 last night. That said, I was surprised to see him still there at that point.
Looks like our MFL league website is down, not responding at all. Also, the link to MyFBG has been broken because everybody in my league is being shown as a free agent. Anybody else having this problem too?
I seem to remember this being a problem in week one with these guys before.
Just wondering if it's just our league or others are seeing it. My comfortable 20+ point win turned into a 20 point loss. I check the results again and all my Monday night players (Charles, Kelce, and Vereen) have no stats. Other teams in the same boat. It's like the game just disappeared...
The guy played a D on bye knowing full well what the tiebreaker was, which essentially gave him a 1 point advantage (barring a shutout, he wins any tie). If I'm commish, I'm ruling it as a loss for the guy who started the bye week D if it ends up being a tie. Willfully skirting the rules like...
Strength of schedule, goes by winning percentage of opponents. Lower means your 0-16 was worse than their 0-16 because your 0-16 came against inferior competition, thus you're "worse" and get the tiebreaker.
As of now, ESPN leagues still list him as a DE (as does the NFL). I'm new to IDP so this stuff is still kind of annoying, especially with FBG continuing to rank him as a DT. It's my own fault for blindly following FBG when I drafted and not checking eligibility (rookie mistake), but wondering...
So, one of my more ambitious (or perhaps crazy) leaguemates threw out the idea of starting an experimental league where you play with ONLY IDPs. Thinking a league of 6-8 owners to start, and you start 11 defensive players, somewhat in line with D positions (3-4 DL, 3-4 LB, 4 DB). Few, if any of...
Went two for two this year, both Super Bowls were blowout wins too, can't ask for too much more. I know nobody cares who's on my team, but I do. :P Titles don't come all the time so I'm relishing while I can.
Dynasty-ish Winner:
Tony Romo
Adrian Peterson
Ray Rice
Demaryius Thomas...
