Westbrook is high risk, high reward.
Benson is lower risk, lower reward.
It depends on how the rest of your team is. If you have a lot of boom or bust players, Benson is the better RB to own. Or, if you have a lot of safe players, go with Westbrook.
Pretty even, imo.
Although I think...
You can't switch the entire debate and then say you disagree. Rice and Charles shouldn't even be in the conversation, considering they aren't rookies. And the key word in your statement is "might". Typically, basing a FF season on the possibility of a RB emerging is a bad philosophy.
Not only is the RB class weak this year, they're over-valued. Everyone is rookie-happy after last year.
I wouldn't be surprised if none of the rookie RBs make any significant impact in FF this year.
There's so much turnover year-to-year that it really comes down to risk (measured as the chance you won't have a stud) vs. position. In which position do you want the most risk?
For me, I'll risk more in the WR/QB/TE category (in that order this year), than in the RB arena. I'll still throw a...
You just took mine! I predict Hightower will be a top-15 RB with a legitimate shot at top-10.Julius Jones will be a top-20 RB and Chris Henry will be a top-15 WR.
I'm with you. I think the FF world has gone a bit too youth-centric. Everyone seems rookie-crazy.
I'll take the still-useful vets over the a-dollar-and-a-dream rooks.
Huh - this just became interesting. There should be a good number of TDs up for grabs.I give JJ the nod in the beginning, but this is a situation to keep an eye on.
Exactly what I was going to post. These are two very tempting WRs this year, and both can be had at good value. Why make a choice? I could see if their ADP was similar, but it's not.
Royal will most likely be steadier no matter what his situation, while Henry has more upside, and will put up...
Isn't this the first season CH is coming into the season with no off-field situation?
The question with CH is not talent, or understanding the system or the chemistry with his QB or his surrounding cast. The question is, can he play a full 16-game season? Well, 15, since who cares about the...
The big question with Wells, and the main reason he slipped to #31, is his durability. Obviously, those fears weren't unfounded.
As of right now, you have to believe Hightower is the starter.
So, you have a starting RB who has gone on record and said how disappointing his rookie season was...
