I’m not wishing injuries but I’ve seen this story a couple times before. When Ertz does break down(he’s old man), the promising young buck will slide into his role and start producing :wink:
I don’t like Akers much at all but he looked okay in preseason and whoever leads this backfield will be fantasy relevant with all these injuries. Got him for free after waivers cleared and I’d rather him on my bench than in someone’s lineup that lost one of their big starters and are desperate.
I had ZERO faith in this guy but he made it past waivers in 1 league(short bench) so I guess I’ll take the flier. Panthers are horrible but he did make a nice play on Jaycee Horn(decent cb????)
Don’t have either player but I’m going in on Steele. Perine will surely get all the passing down stuff but Steele’s size should get some redzone touches if he doesn’t fumble the opportunity away.
