I'm trying to wrap my brain around a particular play that happened in last night's game. It's the 2nd play of the Bengals 1st drive in Q1 (2nd & 5):

(13:24) 14-A.Dalton pass short left to 18-A.Green ran ob at HOU 45 for 4 yards (30-K.Johnson)...
I didn't get to see the Titans game, and I'm looking for info on the Titans' passing game. Any insight into how their various options were used would be greatly appreciated. I saw in the game thread that the Raiders were all over Decker. What are you guys doing with Decker?
Aside from Gronk (who I think would be great anywhere), Clark, Tamme, Thomas and Hernandez are just decent without a top-flight QB. Rodgers is a top-flight QB that does not have the habit of creating top-flight TE's. I'm just not convinced that Rodgers and/or the Packers are really tuned to...
Title innuendo aside, has Aaron Rodgers ever demonstrated the kind of TE utilization that Peyton Manning and Tom Brady have shown (turning several TE's into fantasy studs - Dallas Clark, Jacob Tamme, Julius Thomas, Aaron Hernandez, Gronk, Bennett)? I'm a pretty faithful Packers fan, and I can't...
I can't explain why, but I don't get the unbreakable bond feeling between New England and the Patriots. I could see that franchise existing in a different city after the Kraft-Belichick-Brady sheen has worn off.
I'm not speculating who is moving. I'm trying to identify the least inseparable city/team combinations, and the most separable combinations. In my head, there is no Green Bay without the Packers, and vice versa. The Jaguars, on the other hand, feel like they could exist just about anywhere...
Yes, I realize that every NFL franchise could be relocated to a new city under the right circumstances. That said, some of the franchises certainly seem to be in more of a symbiotic relationship with their host city/state than others, and only on a cold day in hell would said franchises be...
I just went at looked at the plaque I still have and realized that they were rookie cards for all the players, not just cards. Rookie cards are fairly inexpensive to aquire for active players, but could be worth something someday. My plaque has Steve Young and Marshall Faulk rookie cards in it.
I played in a league that ran for about 10 years. Aside from some obvious mishandling from the commissioner, about the only thing I can remember that was sort of traditional was that whoever won the title received a plaque with football cards for all the players in their starting lineup from...
Unfortunately no, I don't (it may exist, but if it does, I'm not aware of it). It seems very likely that some out-of-the-box software already exists to do this (or something like it), but I'm not aware of any off the top of my head.
It's been ages since I've posted (probably a decade+), so I apologize if I am mistaken in my assessment of the problem. It seems like the AC has always had this issue (I remember when it was first created to siphon those threads off of the shark pool).
Here are the facts:
There are definitely...
[poll] Why do you play fantasy football?
Now that the year is wrapping up (for most traditional leagues), I'm curious why we play. You'll be able to see the results after you answer (totally anonymous).
