It's a great place. One of the best countries in the word (especially in the summer) but I'm part Norwegian so I'm a bit biased. They really have it figured out in terms of quality of life. I've only been to Oslo and Bergen but highly recommend both. Your trip sounds awesome though, well...

If that's the case, CDs are the easy choice. Vinyl is not portable, can't travel with it, workout, etc.

Do I still have access to streaming on mobile/internets? If so, definitely vinyl. I still purchase records as they're a great compliment to streaming services. Haven't purchased a CD in 20+ years

and remember you don't have to force yourself to jog the whole thing. That can get boring to me. I'm a big fan of sprinting 100 yards, then walking 100, rinse and repeat.
