I don't think fair is the correct word, because you're right that everybody plays by the same rules. To me, it's more about accuracy. If RB A rushes for 20 yards, RB B rushes for 19 yards and RB C rushes for 10 yards, it just doesn't seem right that B and C both get 1 point and A gets 2...

I've started using the George Costanza method. Whenever I have a close call between two players, I decide which is best based on the matchups, all the expert opinions, etc. then I do the opposite. That seems to work better for me.

I haven't read the whole thread so it's probably been mentioned but one big advantage Ohtani has that Babe didn't is the DH rule. I don't think he could do what he's doing if he had to play in the field for 9 innings every day when he's not pitching.

One of the things that I thought was really odd is that Glenn hired a very experienced and successful defensive coordinator and he hired a rookie offensive coordinator. That made no sense to me at the time and I think we're now seeing the results of that on the field.
