as this thread progresses im stuck between thomas jones mjd portis probably in that order

im surprised by the overwhelming poll love for clinton portis is there some news i dont know about? not really looking for two injury given backs ( if westbrook is #1 pick) and ladell betts handcuff not too crazy about

packersfan, that is a very interesting point you bring up. i do feel theres a difference btwn the rb's mentioned above and the tier below. i think thats what will force my hand to go rb in the second. i too have huge problems with brown, and as of today dont think id risk portis. it comes down...

and to be honest , this is my fifth year in the league and that has been the approach i have usually takeni have valued rb1 wr1 wr2 the most and it has worked out pretty decent (4 playoffs, 1 championship, 1 second place) but for some reason this year i feel more uncomfortable with those guys...

after speaking with some owners in my 12 team non ppr redraft, barring any shocking changes i know exactly what players i will be looking at in the second round. i have the 8th pick. so this is pick 2.05 (assuming i take either westbrook or parker in the 1st, let me mention we start 2 wr, 1 rb...

yeah i mean the dilemma for me now lies within taking that rb 2 where i feel less confident about the rbs( but even less happy about the ones after that group) when i see the "sure thing" wrs on the board

i make this topic originally in reference to my position in my upcoming draft (8th pick of 12 in a non ppr redraft) however i think many people if not all face these decisions. this year i feel i've set a bar that after the rb's named mcgahee, henry, reggie, rudi, and maroney are gone...

just to clear it up for the jets one, pennington is without a doubt the poster boy of the organization. vilma might be as a defensive leader and most talented player but jets are chad pennington's team for better or for worse yeah!
