I'd roll with Flacco in that group. He was consistently a high end QB2 until last years disastrous season. A proven offensive coordinator should get the offense more respectable and allow him to have some pretty good games throughout the year.

Maybe for some serious high stakes players this would be the case, but $10,000 is difference making money for your average Joe. I think the better analogy would be selling for $100 if you had a 10% chance of winning $1,000. Most people might gamble and hold on that one.
