Completely agree. Can't imagine how glennon is remotely considered an upgrade. I am loving Cohen though. Hopefully trubisky and Cohen for a long time to come from the bears.
Isn't that basically how it works for activists. If you are outspoken about an issue, there is always another side to the issue or there would be no reason to be an activist about it.
No, those were not games shown in my area. So, I completely understand that my liking of him may be heavily skewed. But I also liked Cutler, and I also have brain cancer. So is my opinion particularly valuable? Probably not, but hey I am a happy guy right now, so I will take it.
Definitely the most enjoyable Bears draft in a while. Even if the move ends up wrong (very possible) it was fun for the evening to actually make a move to get the guy the Front Office clearly wanted. I will take it. The fact that I like Trubisky only makes that better.
I agree with this completely. Honestly, I was hoping Trubisky would fall to 3 so we could take him. Just from what I have seen, he seemed to be the best candidate this year to be a franchise QB and that is worth even more than the trade was. Obviously a huge If, but I think if you feel...
Agreed.
For this question, I think it really depends on if the "guy" is available at 3. If he is (whoever that is) take him for sure. If not and if there is an appearance that next years QB crop is top notch, then I am all aboard 0-16 (or 2-14....gotta beat the Packers) to get the best QB.
