got my 1st bill directv bill yesterday after reactivating, there were 2 problems, filed a complaint on bbb yesterday, got a phone call this morning, problem was resolved
my login problem is fixed, wrote a message to Directv on twitter, 2 days later got this reply, the keyword is resynced
"Good evening, I have an update from the escalation team. They have resynced your account. Can you try to login into your account and let me know the outcome. I look forward...
I cancelled, accepted their offer, reactivated the account and now I cannot login to my Directv account online, any ideas?

BTW- I only have a Directv acct with ATT nothing else
