It is a good rule and definitely not enforced enough.
How stupid. A guy can jump straight up in the air and if the defenders can knock him out of bounds before he hits the ground it shouldn't be a reception? I guess no more leaving your feet on the sidelines anymore! The defenders can jump but...
Um, did you miss the part that said Kolby had 51 yards himself last week? So its flawed logic to say a guy who split carriers and had 51 yds last week could get 100+ by himself against a much worse def the next week? By the way, for reference. TB backs had a total of 10 yds rush and 34 receiving...
Kolby and Priest had 109 total yards against Indianapolis last week. Smith had 51 of those yards.
Why would you think this week Kolby would have less than this 109 against Oakland if he is the only back?
Based on this I picked him up and will likely start him instead of Graham vs tougher Wash...
I'm sure teams would love to have Randy Moss play DB. He's just more valuable as a WR.
TO did play DB on the last play of the Dal-Wash game. :) He could have had an INT as well but batted the ball down. He should have taken it to the house :)
I was playing against Moss and needed every...
Various rankings have Chris Henry in the mid 30's for WR. That seems a bit low considering how well he did on his first week back with 99 yards and some nice catches. He had one less look than TJ and one more than Chad J, so he is fitting in nice in the mix.
Palmer didn't look particularly...
You need good D and at least a decent enough Off to get close to the GL. I was starting Stover earlier, but they stink, fortunately dropped him on his bye week and picked up Josh Brown. You want a decent enough Off but bad red zone. This is where Seattle was sitting. Its worked out OK, though...
Bullcrap, AD was not performing well against GB and got injured late in the game. He had a couple of monster games and some very mediocre ones. Who's to say what he would have got the rest of this year had he not been injured. He could have had a bunch more mediocre ones as teams focus on him...
Just read:
"Offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski says that Henry will play Sunday in his return from a suspension, but he's not sure how much, the Bengals' official site reports. "I think he found out today he's not in as good of condition as he thought," Bratkowski said Wednesday."
I went to...
Here are the reasons I am thinking of starting Chris Henry this week.
1. He is good (last year and the preseason). (In my league he scored the 20th most pts of WR in 2006 despite playing only 13 games.)
2. He has a great matchup against a depleted and burned Baltimore secondary.
3. I think...
Right, I was thinking Priest would be a good pickup due to that easy schedule. But looking at it, KC has already played some pretty easy teams to rush on in Oak, and Cinci, plus Houston and Chicago, and yet they rank 30th in the league with less than 80 yds per game! It sounds like it is an OL...
