I think Michael Thomas not playing has as much to do with who is playing QB that week as it does with any "injury" he might have. If you want Thomas to play then you need Winston to get on the field.

If you're a team in good shape Thomas might be a good buy low candidate to help you make a playoff run.  Just wondering what type of deals people are seeing for him, what type of deal would you take to unload him, and what would you give up to acquire him at this point?

Who will emerge as the #2 receiver in Pittsburgh between Donte Moncrief and James Washington.  They will throw a ton and that #2 receiver could be like last years Juju and help win a lot of fantasy championships this year. 

McCoy didn't go to a team to sit and they didn't pay him twice as much as the other guy to sit either.  McCoy is the #1.  this bumps Thompson down to being almost undraftable in some smaller bench leagues.
