I started my lifestyle change when I was 55 (2021). Lost over 125 lbs. It can be done with the proper mindset. Diet and exercise are must's to make it work.
I picked 70/30. After thinking on it, I probably would say closer to 60/40, for me. Having lost allot of weight with diet only (50+ lbs, hitting the plateau, adding exercise, losing another 75 lbs, I think its closer to 60/40.

Actually surprised. It is pretty good. Not sweet at all. It will curb my cereal cravings. Better than a bowl of Captain Crunch and the roof of my mouth is much happier too. lol
My VO2is between 39-40 (58 years old), so not too bad. My resting HR is around 48-52. Funny thing is, yesterday went for my bi-annual physical. BP was 114/64. O2 was 98%. Pulse was 48. Nurse did it twice asking if the low HR was normal...
I just use free version. Works fine for me. In the 'olden days", the free version allowed you to scan in barcodes, Now you have to manually enter it if it's not already entered.
