I have never taken RB-RB-RB before but that's the way this years draft went for me. Good players just fell to me so I couldn't pass them up.
10 Team Standard league in our 21st year. I had 3rd over all and took
1st round-Ray Rice
2nd-LeSean McCoy
3rd-Frank Gore
4th-Mike Wallace
5th-Dwayne...
I say it's Mangini by a wide margin. The Browns are something like 32nd in O and 31st in D. QB fiasco. The players are ready to mutiny.
This doesn't have to do with his coaching but the guy seems like a total tool as well. He gets hired and then has the murals of former greats like, Jim...
I think he's going to end up as a legit #1-maybe not in workload but in production. He is a real threat to score on returns, passing, and/or rushing-every week. :hifive:
I just traded Cedric Benson (yuck) for Rudi Johnson.
If Rudi's healthy, career stats indicate that he will have a great 2nd half of the season.
Check this- Johnsons's career stats games 1-8 and 9-16.
Situation G Rush Yds Y/G TD
Games 1-8 35 646 2474...
Pure genius. Here's the link from the Indy Star
Dungy says: "I think he'll play, but we'll see how it goes."
Harrison didn't practice Wednesday & no word about today yet.
I think that upon his return this season, Marvin will be a top target again for Manning. It's not like Peyton is...
Cam Cameron is not getting it done but the blame cannot be placed soley on him. I got this info from Peter King's MMQB article. Check this:
The incompetence of the Miami Dolphins front office cannot be overstated. At least the incompetence between 1998 and 2003.
In the six drafts beginning...
Keyshawn is a tool. As a player he never lived up to the hype. Nice WR but not elite. As a TV personality he's a confrontational know it all.
I loved how he called out Ditka a few weeks ago and said "I had more catches than you" even though Ditka is in the H.O.F.
What a DOPE.
BRING BACK...
This is from the Indianapolis Star
"Our plan is that we should have everyone back practicing,'' coach Tony Dungy said.
That includes Sanders (bruised ribs), wide receiver Marvin Harrison (bruised left knee), running back Joseph Addai (bruised chest), linebacker Freddy Keiaho (concussion)...
From the St-Louis Post Dispatch:
Bulger and Linehan expressed optimism that wide receiver Isaac Bruce would return after missing the past two games because of a hamstring injury. That would be a big boost to the club, particularly with Drew Bennett's status in doubt because of a hamstring injury.
According the the 20/20 ticker on ESPN 1380 in St. Louis this morning: "Scott Linehan has not announced who his starting QB will be for this weeks game against Baltimore"
I will post more news if I hear anything more.
