I agree and this is generally what I do, was just trying to get a sense of the range of players most people would consider giving up for an Abdullah/Parker package. Not very practical for me to post my entire league's rosters here I don't think. Just trying to get a general idea to make sure I'm...
Yeah I don't think I'd have a shot at either Zeke or Fournette. Was thinking more along the lines of someone like Mixon but I already had that trade shot down, was trying to come up with some similar guys with upside but aren't quite established yet.
I've tried shopping my depth WRs but nobody...
He had 3 catches for 39 yards last week, and has just as many red zone carries this season (4) as guys like Ajayi, Ingram and Melvin Gordon. I think you're exaggerating a bit by saying he gets no passing work or red zone work. And where did I say I was trying to get an RB1? Just said I was...
0.5 PPR, 12-team
My RBs: Cook, TyMo, Marshawn, Abdullah
My WRs: Michael Thomas, Hopkins, Diggs, DeVante Parker, Golladay, Sanu
Looking to package Abdullah and Parker to get an upgrade at RB - who are a couple guys you would target with this trade package?
Thanks guys, appreciate the responses. Went ahead and proposed it and it actually got rejected... guess he's just as high or even higher on Mixon than I am
Giving up all that depth, I think you'd be in a really rough position with any key injuries, and definitely come bye week time. I think your WRs are strong enough to carry your squad to the playoffs, and Hyde + Martin once he's back is a more than serviceable RB pairing with such strong starting...
In a 6 pt passing TD league I think it's probably smart to secure a reliable backup for when Wilson has bad matchups (I know it seems like every week is a bad matchup at this point but I think he'll turn it around once the o-line gets more comfortable playing together). Looking at their...
I think I'd do this one if I were you. Always sucks to be giving up the best player in the trade but I'd be very worried about relying heavily on Howard without owning Cohen, and Demaryius has one of the safest floors in fantasy which makes the downgrade at WR more palatable. Granted I am also...
I wouldn't use #1 waiver to make sure I get Hunter Henry over someone like Doyle/Cook. Many fantasy championships have been won with #1 waiver priorities, and Hunter Henry isn't that type of guy imo.
I would definitely do this trade. You can get by with Zeke and playing matchups between Jacquizz/Abdullah until Martin is back, especially with no flex spot, and your team is much better in the long term because of it imo.
Are you 0-2 and trying to make a move to stay in playoff contention? Otherwise I think I'd probably stay put and wait for the Muscle Hamster like beerbuff suggested, I like the players you're giving more than the players you're getting.
Unless you really believe it's collusion (i.e. the bad end of the trade is actually a very intelligent owner who consistently makes smart moves) I honestly just go with Occam's Razor in situations like this... it's more likely one of the owners is just a Taco than it is two people are actively...
12 Team, 0.5 PPR, Keeper League
My team:
RB: TyMo, Marshawn, Dalvin Cook, Abdullah
WR: Michael Thomas, Hopkins, Diggs, Parker, Amendola, Golladay
I know it's an overpay in a vacuum, but do you think it would be smart (or at least not stupid) to trade Abdullah and one of Diggs or Parker...
