I wouldn't use #1 waiver to make sure I get Hunter Henry over someone like Doyle/Cook. Many fantasy championships have been won with #1 waiver priorities, and Hunter Henry isn't that type of guy imo.  

I would definitely do this trade. You can get by with Zeke and playing matchups between Jacquizz/Abdullah until Martin is back, especially with no flex spot, and your team is much better in the long term because of it imo. 

Are you 0-2 and trying to make a move to stay in playoff contention? Otherwise I think I'd probably stay put and wait for the Muscle Hamster like beerbuff suggested, I like the players you're giving more than the players you're getting. 

Unless you really believe it's collusion (i.e. the bad end of the trade is actually a very intelligent owner who consistently makes smart moves) I honestly just go with Occam's Razor in situations like this... it's more likely one of the owners is just a Taco than it is two people are actively...
