    Tony Luke's on Oregon Ave has a good steak and is convenient to Citizens Bank Park. My favorite is Jim's Steaks on South Street

    have a "ome day only vinyl yard sale" and market it online- people will travel for rare finds- and you can make some $$ whatever is leftover donate to local senior centers, VA, etc..
