Not sure why the password recovery gave me the name PartyTyme, but here goes
Lord Fantasy -- Anarchy 7 -- OUT
Lord Fantasy -- Anarchy 9 -- OUT
Lord Fantasy -- Anarchy 10 -- OUT
Thanks for all the good times, Footballguys, but I'm moving on from fantasy football. Best of luck to everyone and...
I think his numbers were also a product of the game Seattle played. They threw a ton and often I saw Willis drop back in coverage. But he also did seem a little tentative. I don't know how many times I saw him standing over the pile rather than being in the pile.
For my big-play IDP league I'm thinking about picking up a CB on the WW. The SOS tool gives one picture, and the IDP matchup tool is also nice, but I'm turning to the forums for another opinion.
So either by team or by QB, which teams would you like to see your CBs go up against purely in terms...
I'm thinking about picking him up on waivers this week for this very reason (and also to handcuff FWP). That an all my other RBs (Green, Rudi, Morris) are hurt or sucking wind. This might be an all-Pittsburgh RB week for me.
Thanks for the info. We do waivers every three weeks so I'm going to check ahead for his next three games. If he's not stepping it up by Week 9 then he's out.Good luck.
I checked the NFL game log and he was back in the game making tackles late in the 4th quarter. I don't know how long he was out, but he did at least finish the game.
I have a waiver wire draft this Wednesday and I'm thinking about cutting him for someone like Boley or Beason. Am I an IDP genius? Or an impatient twit?
I need 3 touchdowns and 240 yards from Roddy White.
I also need 7 tackles plus an interception from Keith Brooking.
I also need Plax to do nothing.
However (and this is key) if Plax doesn't score AND gets less than 60 yards AND also fumbles 5 times, then I don't need Brooking to do anything...
Or, to take it even farther, are Rudi owners (in redraft leagues) considering cutting him to make room on their roster for healthier (though probably not better) players?
Thanks, Aaron. We don't get a lot of Bills coverage in Minneapolis. Fortunately I get to watch DiGi play on Monday Night. Nothing like scouting a player you've already picked up.
Between their aggressive, unforgiving defense and their ability to control the ball on offense, does it seem futile to start anyone but your best players against the Patriots this year? Are you considering benching your studs? Or will the streak end?
