We went to Whistling Straits in 2021 .. Only had Sunday tix.. The way that was set up was you walked thru the merchandise tent on your way in. Not sure if it's always the same. Pro tip, if you are in the area, Monday everything is sale priced and half off or more but popular sizes are slim...

I've become an expert on grilling steaks so that ours is done at the same time and hers is brown all the way through.. Same thing, no red whatsoever.. She'll cut it up and put it in a frying pan if it does..
