My fantasy league doesnt award points for points allowed (which is wierd since that should be a defenses first objective) so I am looking for things like sacks/ints/fumbles. I figure if teams put pressure on qbs, qbs get sacked, fumble the ball, or throw bad passes (ints).

In the last 3 years Brian Westbrook has had a total of 30 preseason carries. If he plays next week and rushes 10 times then hes hit his average
