I'm not a big fan of Russell, but 2007 Russell would have been at worst, the 2nd QB off the board last year IMO.

Talent, scheme and the player's ability to fit within that scheme all enter into it.. Oakland has had a big line the past few years and their rushing attack was subpar.

I dont think you can underestimate how bad the gameplanning, scheming and coaching was last season. Collins attempted the most passes in the league in 2004 and was sacked the 5th fewest times, or something like that.
