DJ Moore
Monty
2026 2nd
For
Breece Hall
Pearsall
Not involved. The owner getting Monty has Gibbs. The Pearsall side has Purdy and Burden.
Seems pretty close to me. I guess it depends on how you feel about Breece.
Thought he had the same hamstring problem last May, as well.
I don’t know anything, but he does run a bit different - wouldn’t be crazy to think he’s got some Christian Watson to him in the hammy dept.
Oh I’m not one of those by any means. I really like Ford, but I do believe he has his limitations - and Sampson can do what he (Ford) can do, better. Sure, Ford has the experience; Sampson will gain that.
They will still need a big back.
Sampson is a baller. Super young, huge production is a nice combo. Still think CLE will need a bruiser type, so Quinshon will not be entirely phased out (once whatever suspension is handed out) .
I ‘cuffed Quinshon with Dylan Sampson during my rookie draft. Didn’t think he was going to have so much relevance this early.

I didn’t read throughout the entire thread. But to add to it, there’s obvious handcuffs, and then there’s the other guys.
More often than not, your “handcuff” isn’t...
… I almost destroyed my dynasty team trying to trade for this guy last year. So thankful the other owner declined all of my offers.
Lessons learned. Almost. This archetype of Qb Has to at least be a “gamer” or show some intangibles.
(I’m a huge Milroe fan, he’s the next guy I’m going to try...
I agree here. Lions fan, not that that matters all that much - but Ben Johnson would not have drafted LB3 if he didn’t have a plan for him. DJ Moore put a bunch of terrible tape on display last year, BJ noticed - subsequently put him on notice, during the draft and in the media.
I’d be shocked...
I think your points, and the tougher schedule may actually even things out for Gibbs this year. Playing from behind, and in more competitive games will keep him on the field over Monty.
