I think the Lions got caught with their pants down, and barely recovered.
My guess is that they were hoping Hawk slipped (of course, didn't happen), but then figured they take Huff. OAK surprised everyone taking him.
I would imagine that the "trade down" option just wasn't there so Sims isn't...
You can see ET (a lot of people bail out and say that). But EDT is more specific and right - so you can't mark me wrong for that. :no: :P 11 EST is flat our wrong. It would be 10 EST.
EST = CDT.
Rumor has it that the Chiefs offered as high as a 3rd rounder for Joey, but needed him to restructure his contract. Joey and his agent said no.
So much for the "Harrington was so determined to leave the team that, according to sources, he said he'd be willing to restructure his contract in any...
First, he would sit out of training camp because of his contract.
Then, when signed he would average 2 YPC during the games. My guess: 500 yards/2 Tds
Barry, in his prime, was the master at 2 yards, 1 yard, -2 yards, 3 yards, 50 yards. Sorry to say that the "50 yards" wouldn't be there any...
Someones got Daunte in a keeper league.Is heeven going to be back in 2006? I've read articles about his "possible trade", and some are saying that it is viewed that ANY playing time in 06 is a bonus.

Ummm ... exactly. "Two "decent" years lately, but one was behind that Bronco OL. " The other was for the Browns this year.One year, and average at best.
Blah. Droughns has 9 TDs in 5 years in the NFL and was cut by the Lions and Dolphins.Two "decent" years lately, but one was behind that Bronco OL. He needs at least one more year before I give him credit.
Winner winner chicken dinner.Even the one good year (good by HOF standards), was he REALLY the 2nd best WR that year?
He is in the Rod Smith category. Solid. But not great. Longevity might make his numbers look decent, but he just isn't one of those WRs that I look at as being "great".
